Cancellation Policy

At Premier Concierge Services LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all clients.

Service Cancellations

  • Chauffeured transportation: Cancel 7+ days before your service for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are charged 25%.

  • Real Estate, Healthcare, and VIP Security Bookings: These services require a 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made after the stated period may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Failure to show up without notice will result in a non-refundable charge.

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
